We are now looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our growing product and technology team.

Role Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving clarity and alignment across the product development lifecycle. Working closely with the Product Manager, you will explore complex problems, engage with subject matter experts, and distill insights into clear, actionable specifications for our engineering team.

Your ability to deeply investigate domain challenges and translate them into structured documentation will be critical to the success of our product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Discovery & Analysis

  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand product vision, goals, and priorities.
  • Dive deeply into complex business, compliance and product areas to uncover user needs, pain points, and process intricacies.
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and research to gather and validate requirements.

Documentation & Communication

  • Translate research and conversations into clear, structured documentation such as business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Create diagrams, workflows, and specifications that provide clarity to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Act as a bridge between business and engineering ensuring shared understanding across teams.
  • Work with and give direction to a Product Designer to ultimately create screens and flows.

Product Delivery Support

  • Work closely with Designers, Developers, and QA Engineers throughout the development cycle.
  • Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and the review of deliverables to ensure alignment with requirements.
  • Support testing and validation of new features to confirm they meet documented outcomes.
  • Help think through edge cases and make sure the experience works well, simplifying complexity wherever possible.

Key Requirements

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar product-facing role.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or agile software development environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Notion, ChatGPTor equivalent.
  • Proven ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
