​We are seeking a Co-founder / Head of Operations (COO) to be the strategic force that turns our brand vision into a highly efficient, profitable, and resilient operation. This is not a just a management role; it's a co-founder role where you will build the foundational systems for a high-growth D2C business, own the P&L from an efficiency perspective, and share in the long-term equity value you create.

​What You'll Own:

Key Responsibilities

​As the operational co-founder, you will directly manage the systems and resources that drive profit and scalability.

​1. Operations & Supply Chain Optimization

​Inventory & Logistics: Design and implement a robust inventory planning system (forecasting, reorder points) to minimize stockouts and overstock. Negotiate improved terms with manufacturers and 3PLs to reduce COGS and shipping costs.

​SOP Development: Create, document, and automate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all key business functions (fulfillment, customer service, marketplace management, finance) to ensure a smooth transition to a systems-driven organization.

​Platform & Tech Stack: Audit and optimize the efficiency of our core platforms: Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. Identify and integrate new tools (e.g., ERP lite, automation software) to boost team productivity and data clarity.

​2. Financial & Business Strategy

​Financial Planning: Own the operational budget. Develop and track key operational metrics (LTV/CAC, COGS, Opex, Gross Margin) to ensure profitability targets are met.

​P&L Management: Drive initiatives to reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) reliance and improve customer retention, shifting the business model towards higher LTV.

​Legal & Compliance: Ensure all operational aspects of the business (contracts, regulatory compliance, marketplace terms) are robust and de-risked.

​3. Team Leadership & Productivity

​Team Scaling: Structure the existing 7-person team for maximum efficiency, defining clear roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics (OKRs).

​Delegation & Focus: Work with the CEO/Founder to implement time management and delegation strategies, freeing up high-leverage time for both founders.

​Process Automation: Identify and implement automations across customer service, fulfillment, and reporting to support the lean growth goal.

​What You'll Need to Succeed: Core Qualifications

​Ecommerce Expertise:

5+ years of operational experience in a fast-paced D2C/ecommerce environment, preferably managing a brand from $100K to $1M+ in annual revenue.

​Systems Thinker: A proven track record of designing, implementing, and scaling SOPs, automations, and tech stacks (Shopify experience is mandatory; marketplace experience a strong plus).

​Financial Acumen: Deep comfort with P&L statements, COGS analysis, inventory valuation, and working capital management. You are data-driven and can translate metrics into strategic action.

​Leadership & Builder Mentality: You are a hands-on operator who thrives on building something from the ground up, not just managing an established team. You have experience leading small, high-performing teams.
