Construction Project Engineer

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must be a graduate with a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer
  • With at least three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience as an Electrical Engineer in the construction industry.
  • Knowledgeable in Electrical Systems and Auxillary.
  • With experience in construction management
  • With experience handling high-rise residential buildings, hotels, Commercial, and BPO project
  • The applicant who can start ASAP will be given high priority.
  • Must be open to working in Metro Manila and Calabarzon Area

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible and focused on the technical details of Auxiliary, ELV, and Electrical Systems
  • Attends and may conduct a meeting.
  • Monitors the quality assurance and inspection work being conducted by the Contractors' Quality Control
  • Conducts inspections of Electrical systems, including Auxiliary, ELV, and Electrical works, as well as Mechanical, Fire Protection, and Plumbing systems.
  • Ensures that the contractors and suppliers implement security and safety programs for the Project
  • Monitors contractors' project schedules and critical milestone dates to ensure timely completion of mechanical, fire protection, plumbing, and electrical work accomplishments.
  • Handles the Design Addenda, Construction Manager's Instructions (CMI's), Requests for Information (RFI's), Substitution Requests, and the like in cases necessary for proper contract management
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
