Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering Civil/Architecture, Sanitary/Plumbing or equivalent.
  • Experience handling architectural/finishing projects is a must
  • Experience working in the field of high-end residential construction is an advantage.
  • Exudes professional work ethics.
  • Salary commensurate with qualification and experience.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office, Auto Cad
  • At least 3 Years of Working Experience is strictly required for this job.
  • Will be assigned along Laguna area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and monitor program activity to achieve on-time result while ensuring quality assurance in completing the project.
  • While the project is ongoing, he/she is responsible for safety measures on-site.
  • Ensure conformity in terms of approved plans and specifications.
  • Submit weekly and/or monthly progress reports to be presented to the client.
  • Review technical specifications and recommended changes
  • Sets an efficient and timely schedule for the purchase of equipment and raw materials.
  • Manage and ensure timely completion of the project assigned.
  • Perform project coordination and attend site construction meetings.
  • Timely presentation of progress reports.
