Video Editor and Graphic Designer You'll be the driving force behind our video and visual content—editing, designing, publishing, and optimizing everything we put out into the world. This isn't just an execution role; we need someone who thinks like a growth hacker, spots opportunities to repurpose content in clever ways, and isn't afraid to experiment and learn new skills.

Work Arrangement

  • 100% Remote
  • Full Time, Independent Contractor
  • Shift: US time between 9PM & 7AM PHT, Weekends OFF
  • Minimum internet speed requirement is 80 MBPS (with pre/postpaid back up)
  • Has a designated quiet workspace at home

What You'll Do

  • Edit & produce video content - Full editing workflow from rough cuts to polished final videos, including color grading, sound mixing, and motion graphics
  • Create graphics that perform - Design both static and animated graphics for social media, web, and campaigns that align with our brand
  • Repurpose: Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips.
  • Publish & distribute - Upload and optimize videos across our website, YouTube, social channels, and other platforms
  • Manage the content pipeline - Keep our content calendar flowing with fresh videos and graphics every week
  • Project Management and Quality Control: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality in all deliverables.
  • Iterate based on data - Track what's working, recommend improvements, and help us get smarter about our content strategy
  • Grow with us - Take on new responsibilities in content management and marketing as you learn our business
  • File Management: Organize and archive video assets and project files systematically.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of video editing experience with a portfolio that shows your range
  • Design chops - comfortable creating static graphics, animated content, and visual assets that look professional
  • Growth mindset - you're curious, willing to learn, and excited to expand your skillset beyond just editing
  • Brand consistency obsessive - you understand brand guidelines aren't constraints, they're foundations for creativity
  • Organized multi-tasker - you can juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and keep files organized without breaking a sweat
  • Storytelling instincts - you know what makes content engaging and how to hook viewers quickly
  • Scrappy & resourceful - you find solutions, not excuses
