The Facilities Technician is responsible for supporting multi-site operations by ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical services in alignment with client expectations.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Supervise building systems and facilities staff to ensure timely and effective maintenance operations.
  • Manage inventory, vendor performance, and compliance with reporting and safety standards.
  • Perform and oversee repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general infrastructure.
  • Coordinate workspace planning, employee moves, and special projects as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records, promote continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with company KPIs.

About You:

  • Strong technical expertise with multi-skilled capabilities in mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technicians, manage vendors, and maintain quality and inventory standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer service orientation.
  • Vocational or TESDA certification with 3–5 years of IFM property management experience; safety training and engineering background preferred.
