Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues.
  • Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, carpentry, painting, etc.).
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance and safety checks.
  • Maintain maintenance records and logs.
  • Monitor and maintain building systems, including lighting, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
  • Replace filters, bulbs, belts, and worn components.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Work with external contractors when specialized services are needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas and maintenance storage.
  • Assist with furniture setup and office relocations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in building maintenance or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations.
  • Good physical condition and strength, with the ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php523.00 per day
