Account specific roles & responsibilities:

  • Reviewing completed work to ensure that it meets the standards for quality and accuracy before submission to billing.
  • Analyzing medical records to identify potential causes of resubmission, rejection or denials.

  • Contacting the client if an information is missing or if something needs to be clarified.

Job Description:

  • Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat).
  • Resolve issues & accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues
  • Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.
Requirements
  • Current and valid PHRN license

  • At least 1 year of bedside/clinical experience

  • Strong knowledge of prehospital patient care protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Must be residing within GMA (Greater Manila Area)
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule.
