Responsible for managing the financial actions of the company. The CFO's duties include

tracking cash flow and financial planning, analyzing the company's financial strengths and

weaknesses, and proposing corrective actions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Providing leadership, direction, and management of the finance/accounting team

● Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/COO/Founder and members of

the executive management team

● Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the

preparation of all financial reporting

● Advising on long-term business and financial planning

● Establishing and developing a database for financial

● Reviewing all formal finance procedures

● Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations

and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement

● Monitor business performance with tracking tools, establish corrective measures as

needed, and prepare detailed reports for earnings calls, the management team,

and the rest of the company

● Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating

corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.

● Reports financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing

variances, and developing improvements.

REQUIREMENT & SKILLS:

● A minimum of 5, preferably 10, years of experience in a senior role.

● CPA designation preferred.

● Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.

● Up-to-date knowledge of current financial and accounting computer applications.

● Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, and written skills.

● Ability to strategize, problem-solve, and make sound business decisions.

● Experience in developing budgets and financial plans.

● Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

● Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.

● Familiarity with investment management and funding sources.

● Demonstrated success in financial planning and analysis, and tax planning.

● Experience managing financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and auditing.
