Our Operations team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig City
with the role of Administrative Assistant.

In this role, you will support the head of the Operations Cluster by efficiently managing administrative tasks and assisting with various operations-related activities to ensure smooth departmental performance.

What the role will entail

  • Manage the calendar of the Operations Cluster Head, and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Handle incoming calls and office visits, and organize documents for signature and approval.
  • Prepare reimbursements, liquidations, and monitor inventory and distribution of office supplies.
  • Maintain confidential records, draft memos, and support administrative tasks across the Operations team.
  • Assist in organizing internal programs and committee sessions, including but not limited to Townhalls and engagement activities.

What we're looking for

  • Holder of a Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience as an Administrative Staff, Executive Secretary, or in any related administrative support role would be ideal
  • Strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities
