With Metrobank, a meaningful life is within your reach Position Title: Relationship ManagerJob Summary:The Relationship Manager is expected to originate, develop, review and manage loan portfolio relationships, as well as cross-sell appropriate bank products and services, across target segments, to contribute to the Bank's objectives in terms of growth, profitability and client satisfaction.

Role Exposure:Deepen your understanding of account management, business development, marketing and sales

Meet clients from various industries and understand a bank's role in the ins and outs of the client's businesses

Qualifications:3-5 years of relevant experience in account management

Strong background in credit evaluation and financial analysis

With strategic thinking ability and negotiation skills

Excellent communication (verbal, non-verbal, written and presentation) and active listening skills

Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results
