Job Description:Apply technical knowledge (SAP FICO) to solve application issues, incidents, and problems with moderate to high risk/complexity.Provide specific technical expertise, including problem investigation, estimating, proposing solutions, and addressing security considerations. Offer leadership and guidance to team members working on specific applications, serving as a subject-matter expert in the application's functions and interfaces. Coordinate work assignments within the team and provide technical support and advice on technology application, solutions, and integration opportunities.

Communicate effectively across the client community, as appropriate, in coordination with client delivery management. Integrate technical knowledge with business understanding to create superior solutions for DXC and its customers. Build SAP FICO capabilities within the department through training, certifications, cross-skilling, and mentoring.

Manage a team responsible for package software application development. Coordinate project execution, allocate resources efficiently, and collaborate with senior management to define goals. Ensure the timely delivery of software solutions, oversee quality control, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Facilitate collaboration with other departments and teams, and identify and address project risks and issues.
