Provide technical expertise in problem investigation, estimating, proposing solutions, and security considerations.

Lead and guide team members working on specific applications, serving as a subject-matter expert. Coordinate work assignments within the team and communicate with client management as needed. Integrate technical knowledge with business understanding to develop superior solutions.

Build SAP FICO capabilities through training, certifications, and mentoring. Manage a team responsible for software application development. Coordinate project execution, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery.

Oversee quality control and adherence to coding standards. Facilitate collaboration across departments and teams. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
