Systemantech Inc. is an IT Outsourcing and IT Management Solutions Provider based in Taguig. The company offers a range of IT services, from manpower augmentation to complex Desktop Management Services. Systemantech aims to help clients achieve their business objectives by providing cost-effective solutions and maximizing IT infrastructure performance.

ResponsibilitiesAct as Business Support to analyze and resolve issues raised by end-users within the agreed SLA.Raise issues to AMS or Product support after thorough investigation, confirming issues are not user or data-related. Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users. Lead business requirements gathering related to FICO or MM modules.

Participate in enhancements and configuration activities to improve processes. QualificationsBachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Over 3 years of experience in FICO/MM using S/4 HANA Private Cloud.

At least 1 successful S/4 HANA implementation project as a FICO/MM Consultant. Experience in developing Knowledge Transfer workshops for users. Adept at developing changes and enhancements using SAP methodology.

Knowledge and experience with Ariba for MM Consultants. Work ArrangementMonday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.Hybrid work setup: onsite every Tuesday to Thursday. Able to work beyond shift hours with OT compensation.

Willing to work outside Manila during project activities. Seniority level
