Job Summary:

Waste PH is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to manage our financial records, follow up on client payments, and ensure accurate invoicing. The ideal candidate will balance bank accounts and internal books, maintaining the financial health of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Payments: Follow up on outstanding client payments, ensuring timely collection and accurate record-keeping.

Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and consistency with services rendered.

Bank Reconciliation: Regularly balance and reconcile bank accounts with internal records, identifying and resolving discrepancies.

Internal Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reports.

Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.

Expense Tracking: Monitor and record company expenses, ensuring they are within budget and correctly categorized.

Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, including tax filing and reporting.

Support Audits: Assist in preparing for and responding to audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: With at least 2-3 Years Experience

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in accounting software preferrably Quickbooks Software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
