About the Role:

We are hiring a detail-oriented Administrative & Regulatory Coordinator to handle payment tracking, regulatory documents, contracts, and event support for our international operations. You'll work with our sales, regulatory, creative, and executive teams to keep processes smooth and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and track payment confirmations for Proforma Invoices.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory documents for product registrations.
  • Draft and update distribution agreements; coordinate with legal for reviews.
  • Arrange visa letters, hotel bookings, vendor payments, and other admin needs for international conferences.
  • Support booth logistics, vendor coordination, and creative vendor contracts.
  • Assist with NDA preparation, partner onboarding, and document requests.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in admin coordination, regulatory support, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Experience in international operations or events coordination is a plus.

Work Setup:

  • Full-time, Mondays to Saturdays
  • Hybrid or remote (occasional on-site as needed)
  • Based in the Philippines, working with a South Korea–headquartered company

Contract Terms:

  • Initial trial contract of 3 months.
  • Performance will be evaluated at the end of the trial period for potential contract renewal.
