We're looking for motivated Field Engineers to help us deliver quality projects on time and safely. If you want to build your career and grow your skills in civil engineering, we'd love to meet you

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of Civil Engineering
  2. At least one to two years of experience as a Field Engineer.
  3. Can ensure projects follow approved plans, schedules, and safety standards
  4. Proficient in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
  5. Knowledge of construction schedules, resource management, and progress tracking
  6. Familiar with the National Building Code of the Philippines (NBCP)
  7. Experience in civil works or horizontal construction is an advantage.
  8. Willing to work or relocate depending on project location anywhere in the Philippines.

Technical Competencies:

  • Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
  • Knowledgeable in Construction Management

Responsibilities:

  • Implement project schedules and targets
  • Enforce site safety, PPE, and housekeeping standards
  • Check work and material quality
  • Monitor materials, equipment, and manpower use
  • Coordinate with the project team to keep activities running smoothly
  • Report and document site incidents promptly
  • Ensure proper implementation of QMS for your area
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.
