Final Quality Controller Analyst is responsible for conducting final quality inspection of non-active devices in Somnomed's product portfolio from either (1) Milled – Non-Active Devices or (2) Non-Milled Non Active Devices, to ensure compliance and quality assurance will meet requirement and company and regulatory standards.

This role will report to the Quality Supervisor.

  • Job responsibilities:
  • Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.
  • Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database.
  • Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions, calling for repairs.
  • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed.

This job of Digital Manufacturing Lead Quality Controller forms part of the contract of employment between the employee and SomnoMed Philippines Inc. and can be changed without prior notice either in writing or orally without constituting a unilateral cancellation of the initial contract of employment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate in dental technology or equivalent qualification
  • Must understand Standard Operations Procedures, Work Instructions
  • Good in Oral and Written Communication
  • Meticulous, well-organized and able to work in a team environment.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated capability in Innovation, Transformation, Commitment to Quality and Customer Centric
  • Self-motivated with attitude, passion, and energy in abundance
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
