Core Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and verify the quantity and quality of incoming raw materials, ingredients, and supplies.
  • Check delivery documents (e.g., delivery receipts, purchase orders) against actual deliveries.
  • Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately to the supervisor or inventory control.
  • Check and verify items prepared for delivery or transfer against delivery documents or dispatch lists.
  • Ensure correct quantity, batch numbers, and product labeling before loading.
  • Record time, date, and personnel involved in dispatch operations.
  • Assist in daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Maintain accurate records of received, stored, and dispatched items.
  • Monitor product shelf life and ensure first-expiry-first-out (FEFO) or first-in-first-out (FIFO) inventory practices.
  • Ensure materials are stored properly and clearly labeled.
  • Support warehouse cleanliness and orderliness according to GMP and feed safety standards.
  • Help implement proper stacking and storage methods to prevent damage or contamination.
  • Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
  • Report any unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or violations of standard procedures.
  • Comply with feed safety and sanitation protocols.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent; vocational training or warehouse-related certification is an advantage.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in warehousing or logistics, preferably in a feed mill, agricultural, or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to use basic warehouse tools, equipment (e.g., pallet jack, weighing scale), and inventory checklists.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic math and communication skills.
  • Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy materials.
