Qualifications:
- Active USRN License in any state
- BPO or hospital leadership experience recent (ER or ICU experience)
Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of US Registered Nurses (USRNs), ensuring they meet performance standards and quality targets.
- Allocate daily tasks, set goals, and ensure timely and accurate completion of clinical documentation reviews.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages open communication, learning, and team development.
- Monitor team performance, conduct regular one-on-one meetings, and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Conduct team huddles, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to ensure alignment with project goals and updates.
- Perform quality checks and audits on completed work to identify areas for improvement and provide guidance for corrective actions.
- Assist in the resolution of complex cases or discrepancies in clinical documentation by guiding the team through clarification processes or physician queries.
