You'll handle everything from troubleshooting technical issues via phone, email, and chat, to managing service requests and escalating complex problems. This role also involves supporting key projects such as hardware and software deployments, contributing to knowledge base documentation, and collaborating with a global team across multiple time zones.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong focus on technical support, system administration, and customer service.
  • Proven ability to perform desktop support tasks as required, including software deployment, system rebuilds, printer configuration and support, and Level 1 troubleshooting across environments such as Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, collaboration tools, email platforms, network systems, and business-critical applications.
  • Experience in delivering consistent customer service excellence via telephone, email, chat and in person.
  • ITIL Foundation (advantageous)
  • Willingness to work 
    on shifting schedule.
  • Open to work or relocate to our Angeles City, Pampanga office
