Job ResponsibilitiesManages the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, Inventory, and tax reporting. Recruits, supervises, and mentors a team member conducts performance evaluations, and provides training and guidance as needed. Develops and maintains accounting policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations set by management.

Prepares and reviews periodic financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other supplemental reports. Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making. Requirements and skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years of experience in a management role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as Net suite, as well as Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to mentor, coach, and manage people
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders
