Head of Finance

Location: Taguig

Set up: Hybrid

Schedule: On-site on Monday to Thursday, Work-from-Home on Friday I Morning Shift

The Head of Finance will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. The role ensures compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements, leads the finance team in preparing accurate financial reports and analysis, and supports strategic decision-making through financial insights and risk assessment. The position also manages relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)

  • At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, with 3 or more years in a leadership role

  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills

  • Proficiency in financial systems and MS Office

Budget: PHP 150,000 to PHP 200,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php150, Php200,000.00 per month
