About the Role

We are hiring a
Windows & VMware/Hyper-V Lead/SME
to support Infrastructure Services for a large DaaS environment.

You will be responsible for technical leadership, hands-on administration, service delivery excellence, and ensuring stability of AD, Windows, VMware, and Hyper-V systems.

Positions Open:


• 1 Lead (Onsite – Manila)


• 3 SMEs (Onsite – Manila)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall technical accountability for Infrastructure Services delivery.
  • Lead and guide the technical operations team to ensure efficient processes and conflict resolution.
  • Identify customer needs and manage service delivery in alignment with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Administer, optimize, and troubleshoot Windows, AD, VMware, Hyper-V environments.
  • Support Data Center operations and high-availability setups.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 6–15 years' experience in AD, Windows, VMware, Hyper-V administration.

Hands-on expertise in
:

  • Active Directory tasks (objects, groups, shares, replication, FSMO roles, Sites & Services).
  • GPO creation and modification.
  • AD-integrated DNS & DHCP.
  • Microsoft DFS & DFS-R.
  • WSUS and/or SCCM.
  • VMware environment setup (ESX, vCenter, vSphere).
  • VMOTION, SVMOTION, HA, DRS.
  • Strong vulnerability management, monitoring, and auditing experience.
  • PowerShell scripting for automation.
  • Experience with private or public cloud environments.
  • Excellent documentation & presentation skills.
  • Individual contributor mindset + strong teamwork.
