We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Application Management Officer
to ensure the stability, availability, and efficient operation of our business applications. This role involves monitoring application performance, resolving technical issues, and recommending improvements to enhance the user experience.

Key Responsibilities

A. Application Support Management

  • Provide first- and second-line support for application-related incidents and service requests.
  • Monitor and maintain the availability and performance of enterprise applications.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors for resolution.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
  • Support regular patching, upgrades, and maintenance to minimize business disruptions.
  • Document all changes, fixes, and restoration activities in compliance with cybersecurity standards.
  • Assist in testing and deploying new application features and system updates.

B. Other Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior or new team members.
  • Recommend process and operational improvements.
  • Participate actively in staff meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Knowledge of IT service management and incident/service management tools.
  • Familiarity with API and integration technologies.
  • Strong planning, organizing, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Amenable to work in Makati City
