Role Description

This temporary role is for a Claims Associate, who will work on-site in Taguig. The Claims Associate will manage claims processing, perform administrative tasks, and ensure accuracy in claim submissions and resolutions. Daily responsibilities will include verifying documentation, analyzing claims for compliance and validity, and providing excellent support through effective communication. Other tasks may involve liaising with external stakeholders and ensuring timely follow-ups on pending issues.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in claims processing, documentation review, and data entry
  • Experience in administrative tasks, records management, and compliance verification
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment
  • Preferred qualifications include prior experience in claims processing or the customer care field
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or any related field (preferred but not required)

Compensation Package

  • Daily Basic Pay:
    PHP 1,000.00
  • Non-Taxable Allowance:
    Pro-rated PHP 3,400.00
  • Program-Specific Incentives:
    TBA
  • Payout Schedule:
    Weekly (every Friday)
  • Salary Disbursement:
    Security Bank Payroll
