In this role you will:

Purpose of this role:

The associate claims data analyst intern will support in investigating claims as a result of a financial loss in using Amadeus, ensuring the accuracy of claims processing, and delivering actionable insights to improve decision-making. You'll learn how the process works end‑to‑end and collaborate with teams across the business

Accountabilities:

Claims Investigation

  • Provide support on the area of (ATC/NPC/PRI) product to provide resolution and/or recommendations on claim cases received and escalated by Amadeus Customers.

  • Provide Investigation, Quality Analysis , Quality Checks on claim records escalated by Amadeus customers.

Claims Processes

  • Observe and follow operating procedures, help keep documentation up to date, and contribute ideas to meet operational targets

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work with claims payment, operations, and customer‑facing teams; help prepare recommendations for process optimization.

About the ideal candidate:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Aviation, Travel, Tourism, or related fields).
  • Strong interest in Customer Service and the airline/travel industry.
  • Basic fundamental knowledge with ticketing processes, including reissuance, refunds, and pricing, is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of airline operations, and claims handling and investigation.
  • Knowledge of GDS systems and Amadeus Ticket Changer is an advantage.
  • Demonstrates analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn.
  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig under a Hybrid Work Setup (2-3 days a week onsite)
