Job Summary

Responsible for the implementation of the shelter houses-based protection and recovery program (residential care) for monitoring of referred clients, admission, undertaking of interventions necessary for their rehabilitation, assessment, and preparation for the reintegration of the clients into their respective families and/or communities

Qualifications:

  • Must be a licensed Social Worker.
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in casework management, preferably children with special needs.
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of casework management, treatment plans, individual and group counseling, and various psychosocial interventions.
  • Good communication skills, oral and written (English and local dialect), and report writing skills.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Preferably a resident of Passi or a nearby town, or willing to relocate to Passi
