Duties and Responsibilities:

· Precisely load raw materials into the Central Mixer as based on the mix design and product codes.

· Review specific details of concrete sales orders before batching and report to Plant Supervisor in case of inconsistencies or deviation.

· Submit timely reports to ensure proper monitoring of batching production (Ex. Production Report, Material Usage, On-hand Inventory, Mix Production Report, Dispatch Ticket Form based on Production)

· Coordinate with QC during batching and pouring operations to ensure consistent quality of Concrete from Plant to Project site.

· Testing batches (dry and wet mix concrete) to confirm they have been made to specifications, and addressing any issues.

·Work long shifts with non-standard break times

· Monitor availability and inventory of materials in assigned area; coordinate with Plant Supervisor for the requisition for replenishment requirements in order to ensure continuous operation and supply of concrete.

· Follow and practice safety rules and procedures to ensure smooth flow of operations, prevent future losses and protect company assets and its employees through daily machine inspection and coordination with Maintenance department.

· Follow company quality service standards and comply with the procedures, rules and regulations.

· Perform such other duties and functions as maybe required by the Management from time to time within the bounds of the company policy.

QUALIFICATION

Education and/or Experience:

Vocational diploma/ Short course certificate in the same field; or 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills and Competence Requirement:

· With knowledge of concrete batching technology and or computer competencies.

· Plant Operation & Maintenance.

· Good command of both spoken and written English and Tagalog

· Strong strategic and problem-solving skills

· Confidentiality and trustworthiness

· Time management and ability to prioritize to meet multiple deadlines.

· Well-organized, excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong analytical skills
