Job Description:

The Payroll Tax Specialist position is responsible for assistance in the creation of accurate and timely payroll tax filing and applicable tax-related record keeping. Duties include daily tax payments and filings for all clients. This position also formulates federal, and state regulatory departmental responses and other miscellaneous tasks related to Tax and compliance reporting.

Qualification and requirements:

• 2-5 years relevant experience in payroll tax filing that would provide a basic knowledge of activities, policies, and procedures
• Working knowledge of Federal tax and State income deductions and regulations.
• Working knowledge of technical and professional principles
• ADP MasterTax knowledge, preferred.
• PrismHR knowledge a plus.
• PEO & ASO experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent, College education a plus.
