We are seeking a highly skilled Back-End Engineer with strong Laravel expertise to join our dynamic team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for designing and developing backend systems, building RESTful APIs, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean code, scalable architecture, and robust testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop backend logic using Laravel and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs that are reliable and scalable.
  • Implement secure Authentication and Authorization mechanisms using OAuth and Laravel Passport.
  • Write unit and integration tests using PHPUnit and Pest to ensure system robustness.
  • Apply modern Laravel architecture patterns such as MVC, DDD, Services, Actions, Event-Driven Development, Multi-Tenancy, and Microservices.
  • Manage databases effectively, ensuring data integrity and performance.
  • Integrate and configure third-party Laravel packages, such as Spatie.
  • Use Postman for testing and documentation of APIs.

Nice to Have (Optional but Preferred)

  • Experience with Laravel Filament for admin panels.
  • Familiarity with the TALL Stack (Tailwind CSS, , Laravel, Livewire).
  • Knowledge of and front-end integration best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in back-end development using Laravel.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and OOP.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.
