Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handles product lifecycle management tasks such as creating part specification and other product documentation, issuing request for change and product releases
  • Issues purchase orders, receives items and submits invoices; maintains tracking of these activities
  • Lodges and tracks shipment, works with concerned agencies to clear shipments
  • Organizes and plans activities for the teams

Functional Knowledge and Skills

  • Practical knowledge in product lifecycle management
  • Basic knowledge in processing POs, receiving and invoicing
  • Practical knowledge in managing shipments
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft office and other related tools
  • Good communication skills and good command of English language
  • Good organization and planning skills
  • Team player
  • Basic knowledge on simple engineering documentation is a plus

Education and Experience

  • Any BS degree
  • 0 to 2 years experience in related industry
