Kit Properties Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Shared Services Manager under the Holdings company. In this full-time role, the SSM will play a crucial part in driving efficiencies and optimizing our shared services operations in HR and Admin, Supply Chain Management and IT department across the business units not limited to construction, real estate, marine construction and food beverage.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the shared services team, ensuring seamless delivery of services to various business units.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and oversee key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of shared services
  • Develop up pricing rates and contract agreement with clients.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and tailor shared services accordingly.
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation for the shared services function.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the shared services team.
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management on shared services optimisation.

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience (5+ years) in a shared services or operations management role, preferably within the construction, real estate, marine construction and food beverage industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent people management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for process improvement
  • Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with the latest shared services best practices and technologies
