Position Overview:

​Hybrid88 PF Fitness Center Inc. is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable professional responsible for guiding members toward their health and fitness goals.

This role involves the following:

-designing personalized workout programs to clients

-conducting one-on-one and small group training sessions

-providing ongoing motivation, education, and support to our clients

Key Responsibilities:

1.​Client Assessment & Program Design: ​Conduct initial fitness consultations and assessments to understand clients' goals, current fitness levels, medical history, and lifestyle factors. ​Develop and implement safe, effective, and customized exercise programs tailored to individual client needs (e.g., weight loss, muscle gain, strength training, rehabilitation, sports-specific training).

2.​Educate clients on proper form and technique to ensure safety and maximize results. ​Coaching & Training: ​Lead engaging and dynamic personal training sessions, both one-on-one and in small groups. ​Demonstrate and actively supervise exercises, providing real-time feedback and corrections. ​Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm to keep clients motivated and accountable. ​Adapt programs as clients progress and new goals are established. ​

3.Member Engagement & Retention: ​Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with all clients. ​Proactively check in with clients to monitor progress and address any concerns. ​Contribute to a welcoming and community-oriented atmosphere within the facility. ​

4.Administrative & Professional Duties: ​Track and document client progress, session attendance, and program details. ​Maintain a clean and organized training area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. ​Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, research, and certifications through continuing education. ​Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and promotional events. ​Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

​Required Qualifications & Skills: ​

-Education & Certification: ​High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is preferred)

-​Current, nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA)

-Current CPR/AED certification

-​​Prior experience as a fitness coach is not mandatory; those eager to start a career in fitness are encouraged to apply

Note: Please note that incentives and commissions are separate from the basic pay and are considered additional earnings.

​-Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics ​

-Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

-High degree of professionalism, punctuality, and reliability

-Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse range of clients

​-Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different client needs ​

-Passion for health, wellness, and fitness

Working Conditions: ​This position requires standing, walking, lifting, and performing physical demonstrations for extended periods. ​The Fitness Coach will work in a gym or fitness center environment and may be required to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends. ​The role involves a high level of social interaction and direct contact with clients
