Overview

This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to drive growth by promoting pest control services. You'll engage with both residential and commercial customers, building rapport and delivering tailored solutions while working remotely.


Job Highlights

  • Monthly Rate: approximately Php 70K
  • Number of Paid Hours Per Week:
  • Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (subject to change)
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
  • Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective residential and commercial customers
  • Identify customer needs and sell pest control services/treatments
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers to sell additional services
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly outbound call quotas
  • Accurately log customer interactions and sales activity

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound B2C and B2B sales
  • Strong phone communication and rapport-building skills
  • Ability to pitch products/services and overcome objections
  • Motivated self-starter with a tenacious work ethic
  • Proficiency with CRM/sales tools
