Sourcing Specialist

  • Proactively source, identify, and engage with top talent using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, Boolean searches, networking, etc.)
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and business priorities
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract candidates from diverse backgrounds
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening to assess skills, interest level, and cultural fit
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Track and analyze sourcing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques
  • Represent the company brand positively while promoting our culture and values to potential candidates
What we are looking for:
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Management or equivalent
  • Above average verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of General Talent Attraction Strategies
  • Successfully handled a sourcing channel/s in previous experience or role
  • Ability to work independently
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to adapt and work in a highly changing environment
