Role Description

This is a full-time on-site ImpEx Associate located in Pasig or Parañaque, Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Verify shipping documents and assist in resolving documentation issues or discrepancies.
• Prepare and review all necessary documentation (e.g., shipping instructions, invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin).
• Coordinate with customs agents, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely clearance and delivery.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues or delays proactively.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and ensure proper filing for audit and compliance purposes.
• Stay updated on changes in international trade regulations and recommend necessary process adjustments.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization in international logistics.

Qualifications

• Must be a Bachelor's degree holder, preferably Customs or related field.
• Work-related experience in handling customs clearance***
• Any gender
• Knowledgeable of : Import Regulations, Tariff & Customs Laws, BOC Documentation & Procedures, Tariff & Classification, HS Code, Computation of Duties & Taxes***
• With Good Oral & Written Communication Skills
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task under pressure
