Principal duties and responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end planning, creative development, execution, and delivery of high-impact short-form video campaigns.
  • Support the interpretation of complex client briefs into actionable creative strategies, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and target audience goals.
  • Support the end-to-end content lifecycle for specialized projects (e.g., trend-based challenges, influencer collaborations, or new platform exploration).
  • Support in company-wide creative initiatives, ensuring that production timelines are met and deliverables exceed quality standards (e.g., Mega-campaign content).
  • Ensure that all content projects are delivered on time, within the creative scope, and optimized for high-performance engagement.
  • Create and update creative standards, storyboarding templates, and production SOPs to streamline the content creation process.
  • Ensure a proper creative alignment process is followed so that revisions in concept, script, or visual style are documented and agreed upon by all stakeholders.
  • Measure and analyze the performance impact (reach, engagement, retention) of the published content to refine future creative strategies.
Job Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Development
  • Create compelling video scripts, high-retention hook lines, and content concepts based on client briefs and current viral trends.
  • Develop detailed storyboards or visual outlines to guide the production team and ensure alignment before shooting begins.
  • Ensure the creative vision is technically feasible and stays within the allocated production budget/resources.
Production & Direction
  • Conduct video shoots with a focus on short-form optimization, including directing, staging, lighting, and modeling if required.
  • Manage the "on-set" environment to ensure all necessary raw footage is captured efficiently and meets quality standards (clear audio, correct framing).
  • Oversee the "hypercare" phase of content launching—monitoring initial audience reception and providing real-time tweaks if necessary.
Post-Production & Editing
  • Edit high-quality video stories using motion graphics, captions, and effects to maximize "thumb-stopping" potential.
  • Maintain strict brand consistency by following established visual, stylistic, and tone-of-voice guidelines.
  • Close production cycles by ensuring a clean handover of assets to the social media or marketing teams for posting.
Reporting & Optimization
  • Measure and analyze the business impact or outcomes of the content implementation (e.g., Click-Through Rate, View Duration, Conversions).
Your Profile:

After earning your outstanding degree at a top university, you have gained work experience in a creative agency, top-tier e-commerce player, or a fast-growing start-up. You have a proven track record of creating content that resonates in the digital space. Your knowledge of the social media landscape, viral trends, and the e-commerce sector is impressive, as well as your high drive to produce visually stunning work. Independence, flexibility, and speed are as important to you as the ability to adapt to changing platform algorithms. Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to achieve viral results in a fast-paced environment complete your profile.

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication, Marketing, or a related creative field.
  • Strong visual storytelling and problem-solving skills, stakeholder collaboration, and a deep understanding of social media psychology.
  • Not required but an advantage: Certifications in Adobe Creative Suite, experience in Performance Marketing, or previous leadership roles in creative organizations.
  • Working knowledge of Video Editing Software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Google Workspace, and Data Story-Telling.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio of relevant co-curricular work or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
