Responsibilities:

1.Product Registration:

  • Lead the product registration process in the Philippines.
  • Collaborate with the AP regulatory team and third-party consultants on registration strategy and budgeting.
  • Prepare and submit data for product registration in compliance with Philippine regulations.

2.FPA Liaison & Follow-up:

  • Act as the primary contact point with the FPA, AP regulatory team, and third-party consultants/labs.
  • Track submission progress and promptly address FPA inquiries.
  • Manage approval timelines, follow up proactively to expedite approvals, and resolve delays.
  • Provide regular project updates and risk assessments to stakeholders.

3.Field Trials Management:

  • Organize and monitor local field trials.
  • Ensure trial protocols adhere to FPA standards and are executed properly.
  • Ensure timely report delivery and cost-effective outsourcing of trials.

4.Compliance & Advocacy:

  • Stay updated on changes in Philippine pesticide regulations and advise internal teams.
  • Participate in industry associations or FPA meetings to influence policy.
  • Ensure post-approval compliance, including renewals and label updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pesticide registration in the Philippine market.
  • In-depth knowledge of FPA regulations and registration pathways.
  • Familiarity with OECD testing guidelines and GLP standards.
  • Strong project management abilities to handle multiple registrations concurrently.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with FPA officials and consultants.
  • Analytical skills for data assessment and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
