Key ResponsibilitiesAs Cluster Manager, you will lead multiple stores within your region, creating positive, high-performance environments and ensuring exceptional customer service. Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead and inspire teams across 5

  • stores, driving sales and performance.

Create a positive, motivated culture within each store. Oversee employee relations, performance management, and adherence to company policies. Operational Excellence & Customer ExperienceEnsure the stores meet or exceed financial and operational KPIs, including revenue, margins, and profit.

Manage inventory, stock levels, margin management, turnover, and shrinkage. Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable solutions. Ensure high standards of customer service and a personalised experience across all stores.

Lead by example to deliver exceptional and personalised service to all. Strategic Leadership & ExecutionRecruit and build a strong talent pipeline by developing and mentoring team members. Coach and collaborate with store leaders, ensuring they are well-equipped to lead teams.

Monitor and evaluate store performance, driving alignment with company goals and KPIs. Implement and drive in-store presentation standards, promotional activities and driving key sellers. About You2

  • years' experience in Cluster or Multi-Site Management.

Proven track record of motivating teams to achieve sales goals. Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching, development, and performance management. Expertise in retail operations, visual merchandising, and reporting.

Commercially focused with excellent communication and organisational skills. Strong experience with POS, cash management, and retail financials. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
