About the role

PHILMETAL PRODUCTS, Inc.' is seeking a First Aider to join our team in Makati City Metro Manila. This is a contract role, where you will be responsible for providing first aid and emergency medical assistance to our employees on-site. As a First Aider, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid treatment to injured or ill employees
  • Assess the situation, determine the appropriate course of action, and administer necessary first aid procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of all incidents and first aid treatments provided
  • Ensure the first aid kits and supplies are well-stocked and in good condition
  • Liaise with external medical services, such as ambulances, if required
  • Participate in safety and emergency response training programs
  • Promote a culture of workplace safety and health awareness among employees

What we're looking for

  • Valid first aid certification or training
  • Experience in providing first aid and emergency medical assistance, preferably in an industrial or construction setting
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to effectively handle medical emergencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with injured employees and coordinate with external medical services
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and procedures

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
