About the Role
We are looking for a General Services Staff to maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment. This role ensures the efficiency and functionality of our facilities while supporting a productive workplace.
What You'll Do
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness across all office areas
- Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Monitor inventory and manage procurement of supplies
- Track and address maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies
- Assist in optimizing procurement processes and reducing costs
What You Need to Succeed
- Education: College Graduate, College Undergraduate, or Senior High Graduate. Additional certifications in facilities management are a plus
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1 year of experience in facilities maintenance or related work is a plus
- Skills:
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
