We are seeking an experienced PPC Manager to drive growth for our family-owned cosmetics and beauty business through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing brand in the beauty and wellness industry and help optimize our digital advertising campaigns to increase visibility, conversions, and ROI.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing paid ad campaigns across Meta and Google, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of performance marketing principles. You'll be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns, as well as tracking performance and collaborating closely with our team on creative assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Install and maintain tracking pixels and conversion events across Kajabi and/or dedicated landing pages.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and ad efficiency.
  • Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions and provide simple, actionable reports.
  • Coordinate with the team for creative uploads and copy (text and visuals will mostly be provided).
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Analyze data and performance trends to make strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with changes in Meta and Google Ads platforms, new tools, and best practices.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns with measurable results — MUST
  • Strong understanding of ad account setup, tracking, and campaign optimization
  • Experience installing and managing pixels, conversion tracking, and events (Kajabi experience is a plus)
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) — MUST
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and takes ownership of projects
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in the beauty, wellness, or cosmetics industry
  • Familiarity with landing page tools (Kajabi, ClickFunnels, etc.)
  • Knowledge of A/B testing tools and creative testing strategies
  • Understanding of Google Tag Manager and data tracking best practices
  • Experience with reporting dashboards (e.g., Google Data Studio or similar)
  • Ability to work flexible hours aligned with the Costa Rica timezone
