Our client is a rapidly expanding eCommerce and online retail business specializing in luxury resort wear and accessories, headquartered in the United States with a global customer base and annual revenues exceeding $20 million.

As part of their continued growth, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to drive brand visibility, engagement, and conversion across multiple digital channels.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end digital marketing efforts including content creation, paid media management, social media strategy, and performance optimization. This is a highly creative and data-driven role that combines traditional marketing strategy with next-generation AI tools and automation to maximize marketing impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Manage and execute Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Campaign Manager initiatives to drive traffic and sales.
  • Oversee content production for social media platforms, creating or curating 30–60 posts per month across image, video, and written formats.
  • Conduct A/B testing, analyze performance metrics, and continuously optimize campaigns for engagement and conversion.
  • Research and apply emerging digital marketing trends and best practices to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.
  • Generate daily written, image, and video content using generative AI tools to support campaign goals.
  • Utilize a variety of AI models and platforms such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and OpenAI Sora for creative and analytical purposes.
  • Write effective AI prompts to produce targeted marketing assets and insights.
  • Manage and grow social media presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with brand and sales objectives.
  • Support website and eCommerce optimization, including landing page and funnel performance.
  • Use Adobe Creative Cloud Suite to design and edit marketing materials.
  • Maintain digital workflow and project tracking within Office365, Google Workspace, Slack, and ClickUp.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within eCommerce or online retail.
  • Proven expertise in Meta Ads, Google Campaign Manager, and SEO/PPC optimization.
  • Strong experience in social media marketing and content strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce and manage high-volume creative output using AI and automation tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Excellent understanding of AI prompt engineering and generative AI applications for marketing.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools including Office365, G-Suite, Slack, and ClickUp.

Working Hours

  • Candidates must be willing to work late or graveyard shifts to align with U.S. business hours.

Location

  • IT Park, Cebu City, Philippines — with hybrid remote flexibility from home.

Salary Information

  • PHP 30,000 – 60,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience).
