What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, including custom orders, using the finest ingredients
  • Decorate cakes and pastries with attention to detail and artistic flair
  • Ensure all baked goods meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new cake and pastry recipes
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders for necessary ingredients and supplies

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 years of experience as a professional cake baker or pastry chef
  • Excellent baking skills and a keen eye for detail and creativity
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for creating delicious and visually appealing baked goods
