Key Responsibilities:


•Oversee daily production of breads, pastries, cakes, and specialty baked goods


•Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all bakery items


•Develop new recipes and seasonal offerings based on trends and customer demands


•Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment in compliance with food safety regulations


•Collaborate with management on menu planning, pricing, and business growth strategies

Qualifications:


•Culinary degree or diploma in Baking & Pastry Arts (preferred)


•Certified Master Baker (or equivalent certification) is an advantage


•5 years of professional baking experience in breads, pastries, and specialty items


•Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards


•Creativity in recipe development and presentation.


•Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
