Job Description
Leads seller programs, campaigns and communications in livestream:

Seller Programs

  • Lead programs to increase seller adoption and enhance relationships with Shopee Live sellers in direct liaison with seller departments
  • Actively propose recommendations to improve processes for Seller streamers and suggest innovative growth solutions to grow and retain seller streamers in Shopee Live
  • Create reports to monitor performance of Shopee sellers and present to senior management
  • Oversee work with agencies on negotiations and operations

Campaigns And Communications

  • Manage overall campaign strategy for PH Shopee Livestream to improve performance of Shopee Live
  • Coordination with internal stakeholders for campaign assets, vouchers, and coins requests
  • Monitor the performance of campaigns including assets and Livestream entry points
  • Handle internal and external communication of Shopee Live
  • Oversee seller education programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or any related field
  • At least 5-6 years of experience in Marketing or PR
  • Prior experience in eCommerce and livestream preferred
  • Able to work independently and with a team
  • A data-driven & analytical thinker
  • Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills; must be proficient in both Filipino & English
