Job Summary:
In this hands-on role, you will be a team player responsible for facilitating effective staffing for our fast paced organization. Providing exemplary customer service and other HR administrative activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sourcing resumes, phone screening and interview scheduling
- Preparing offer compensation package
- Extending offer to selected candidates
- Managing stakeholders expectations
- Weekly reports
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of using industry tools/software for estimating costs for various items (e.g. structural frame, sheet metal, machine components, cable & harness…etc.)
- Working knowledge of quick-turn, engineer-to-order environment.
- Purchasing/Materials/Material Analyst background preferred.
- Ability to use ERP estimating systems such as SAP, Visual, etc. and Microsoft suite: Excel, Word, and Access.
- Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 and knowledge of problem-solving methodologies
- Expertise on mechanical drawing interpretation using ASME Y14.5 (Dimensioning & Tolerance)
- Hands on experience on sheet metal and machining fabrication preferred.
- Familiarity with CAD solutions such as SolidWorks and EPDM
