Job Description:

We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Care Specialists. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or those with no prior BPO experience, as we provide full training. You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, chats, or emails from customers in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Assist in troubleshooting basic concerns and escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing needs with patience and empathy.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School (old curriculum) or Senior High School graduate.
  • No BPO experience required – fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work onsite and in shifting schedules.
