Customer Service Agent – Entry Level (HS/SHS Grads Welcome)

Job Description:

We are looking for entry-level Customer Service Agents to join our team This role is perfect for High School/SHS graduates who are eager to start their career in the call center industry. No prior BPO experience is required — paid training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through calls, chats, or emails.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
  • Follow standard procedures and company guidelines during interactions.
  • Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the system.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School (Old Curriculum) or SHS Graduate.
  • Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • No prior BPO experience required — fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
